How do we roll?

We love to plan events that highlight the season and its bounty, the natural beauty of each location, and welcoming our clients to our community in a way that positively impacts the community by reducing waste and supporting sustainable small businesses.

Depending on how much assistance you'd like and your budget, we can customize a package that reflects your needs. Here's a general overview of services as a starting point:

Consulting + Coordination

We love to work with hands-on couples. This is a great offering for those feeling somewhere in between the desire for full service planning and month-of coordination. We provide you with a list of trusted vendors suited to your budget and vision, 2 on-site meetings, help with brainstorming a layout,, basic event design, and creation of a timeline. We also provide advice throughout the planning process, and then help manage the actual event in terms of load-in of vendors, rehearsal service, and on-site coordination for the day-of.

What does on-site coordination look like? Someone to take on all the details of set up and execution of a flawless event, from managing the layout first thing in the morning, to getting you down the aisle with your favorite song, to timing your sister's speech, to letting you dance the night away as we manage the clean up.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer “month-of” or “day-of only” coordination.

Event Design

Guidance to create a cohesive look that reflects your style and vision for the event, while staying pragmatic with budget. This can range from simple brainstorming session to customized design boards, in person meetings with decor vendors, and custom-crafted signage and printed materials, as well as table scape styling.

Event Staffing

We are available to provide staff for rehearsal/welcome dinners, Sunday brunch, as well as set-up and clean up crews for more involved decor or multi-day events.
