Depending on how much assistance you'd like and your budget, we can customize a package that reflects your needs. Here's a general overview of services as a starting point:

Wedding Planning + Coordination

Whether you're excited to plan your own celebration or would love a little more support along the way, we offer two ways to work together.

Main: On-site Wedding Coordination

You bring the vision. We help bring it all together.

For couples who want to take the lead on planning while having an experienced team step in during the final stretch.

We'll provide trusted vendor recommendations, final planning support, vendor cross-checks, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding-day management.

Best for: Couples who enjoy planning their own wedding and want to hand over the logistics in the final weeks before the celebration begins.

We plan alongside you. We help manage the moving pieces.

For couples who want a more collaborative planning experience, with our team involved throughout the process.

We'll work alongside you with ongoing planning support, vendor proposal review, timeline creation and management, rental and layout coordination, site meetings, and full wedding-day management.

Best for: Couples who want to remain hands-on while having an experienced planning partner alongside them.

Event Design

Guidance to create a cohesive look that reflects your style and vision for the event, while staying pragmatic with budget. This can range from simple brainstorming session to customized design boards, in person meetings with decor vendors, and custom-crafted signage and printed materials, as well as table scape styling.

Event Staffing

We are available to provide staff for rehearsal/welcome dinners, Sunday brunch, as well as set-up and clean up crews for more involved decor or multi-day events.

While based in Mendocino County, CA, Fern Foot Events can go just about anywhere, but mostly we love to work in Northern California, where we have the most valuable vendor and venue connections!
